1. These T&Cs apply to the "£29.99 Wellness Screen" offer (the “Offer”).
2. The Offer is available at participating vet practices only.
3. This Offer begins on 16 January 2025 at midnight and runs until midnight on 2 March 2025.
4. This Offer applies only to dogs and cats, provided that at the time of making an appointment for a Wellness Screen via the Offer they are well, show no signs of illness, and no concerns as to their health have been provided to you by another vet practice.
5. The Offer is comprised of the following:
- Urine test and blood test
- Teeth and gums inspection
- Joint and mobility assessment
- Flea and worm treatment status
- Advice on nutrition, preventative care, and behaviour
- Weight and body condition review
- Eyes, ears, skin, and coat evaluation
- Vaccination status check and booster recommendations
- General health questionnaire covering appetite, behaviour, defecation, and exercise
6. If deemed medically necessary, the clinician may carry out a blood pressure test at no extra cost and at their discretion.
7. The Offer excludes all other services other than those listed above, including additional consultations and follow-up treatments.
8. The Offer is open to new, past, and existing clients. The Offer applies to one appointment only per pet.
9. This Offer is subject to appointment availability and must be redeemed by Sunday 30 March 2025.
10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, including any Pet Health Club member discount.
11. To redeem the Offer, you must call the participating vet practice directly, book online, or book at the practice reception.
12. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Offer at any time, for any reason and without notice.

14. The terms and conditions of this Offer are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Offer in the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Offer in either the Northern Irish or the English Courts.
